Pilates: is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.
Yoga: A Hindu discipline aimed at training the consciousness for a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquillity.
It is also a system of exercises practiced as part of this discipline to promote control of the body and mind. This class is great for building strength, stretching muscles, and relaxation.
Zumba: Come join the PARTY, forget you're working out. With simple moves to dance music like Cha-Cha, Salsa, Rumba, & more. No previous dance experience needed for this effective aerobic workout targeting your legs, abs, arms, and glutes.
